Because it's a free form of expression. You could splatter blue paint on the canvas and it could mean anything. Art is wonderful!

I don't necessarily like everything that could be called art. But that which appeals to me, that which I want to look at or experience ... I like it because it enables me to see I might not see otherwise, perhaps to think about something in a different way, or perhaps a new perspective on something that might otherwise be mundane.

I like art because it helps me express myfelf and it relaxes me. I also like to see other artist work because i learn more.

what kind of art are we talking about here? painting and drawing? or poetry and other things? either way, yes. it helps me express myself.
