Team angle probably had the best combined in ring skills. DX were the spearhead of the wrestling revoloution in the mid 90's although many consider them a rip off of the NWO.
My personal favourite though is probably Omega, they never really got together in WWE but spawned some great wrestlers (the Hardys, Shannon Moore, Gregory Helms) on the downside they also gave us miss square jaw herself Lita

Wow, great answers guys, no offence but you need to know your history of wrestling. The best Faction to ever hit the WWE was The Von Erhics. Or The Self-Proclaimed Worlds Greatest Tag Team.

Team Extreme was awesome man, but I am going to go with Spirit Squad. They got skills and they are so cool. Actually, they got no skills and they got no "coolness." The only reason I like them is b/c I think Mickie James is the hottest person alive, and Mickie is dating Kenny of the SS.
