Xbox 360!!!?

Question

Is it worth buying the Xbox 360? Can you tell me if its relly good or if is over rated?

And does the games look good in a normal tv set?

Ok first off, I am not a 360 hater, nor am I a 360 fan. I don't think any console is a "must-Buy" for everyone. If you enjoy the games, then get one, if not wait until you find something you want.

I own a 360 and I think it's very over-rated, there is a huge lack of games (that I consider good games) and it really doesn't look that much better than Xbox, unless you have the HD-TV and the wires necessary. It's a good system, but It's far from a great system at this point.

The Xbox 360 is a sort of mixed-feelings console. Though still new, there are a lot of good (though expensive $60) games like Oblivion and Call of Duty 2 out that can become obsessive and worth the buy. Of course, the price does make it seem difficult. Yet, the PSP will retail for $500-600, so in my opinion, the 360 has the best middle point of processing power and how much it sells for. If the price drops at all in the next 6 months or so (especially around holidays), this console is definitely a must-buy system.

Ive had mine for almost 2 months and so far its been working fine. The games are really fun and even better if you have xbox live. If you search ebay you could probably find games for $30-40 instead of $60. Overall if you have the money i think it is a great buy.

it's good, but it does overheat..what can you expect from a machine this powerful, got mine and 'm waiting for the 2nd one MS is replacing, if i were you i'd wait awhile, they're still working on a deal with tiawan to get better parts making it run cooler.
the games look good with a normal tv, yeah, with a high def tv, they look the best you've ever seen.
