That's a really great question. Fresh clothes out of the dryer can sometimes feel like medevil torture. Some advice I have for you is to wear your jeans around the house the day before you plan to wear them out, and that stretches them out a bit. Also, wearing the jean slightly damp can help sometimes too, but that can be really uncomfortable. Hey, if the jeans look good but still feel tight, just suck it in, and keep your head high. Style isn't always comfortable, but looking fierce in some tight pants is always worth it.

wash them inside out and air dry them. They will not shrink this way. Also try washing them in cold water not warm or hot.

There's nothing we can do about that. Just wear them for half an hour before going out or do a few yoga stretches in them.

Never dry them all the way, that makes them shrink. And if you put them on when they are slightly damp, they'll stretch out a little.

Don't dry them in the dryer, hang them out on the clothes line or inside on a line, that way they don't shrink.

I always let them air dry instead of putting them in the dryer.

don't you just hate when that happens. i always feel like i gained weight!! but i don't really think there's anything you can do except maybe stretching you body in them, kinda works.
