Who wants to be god?
Bad hours
People asking you for things all the time
People blaming you for everything they don't like
Wait are we talking about god or being president?
Seriously though, no one has the all the answers, and each solution creates a new problem. Doesn't matter what actions you take, you could never please anyone. God does not make the world we live in. We do, and it's time we take responsibility for it.

Give people the ability to heal from broken spines, if fish can have that ability, why shouldn't we?
Eliminate miscarriages, either a pregnancy will work or it won't occur. To prevent the emotional agony women suffer. Maybe make up for the difference by only having women get fertile 5 yrs.a fter having a baby or something.
I would make people about 10% more compassionate. I don't want to eliminate human nature per se, but some more compassion would help.
I'd make people understand the difference between mythology, religion, and science, so there would be no more confusion.
I'd lay down the rules in VERY simple form. So there's no confusion.

First, I'd make sure that everyone knew I was real. Then, I'd make sure that everyone was healthy and able to have as many kids as they want without pain(limit 6). Make all weapons vanish. The really odd thing I'd do is put an exact time limit on life, so everyone would know exactly how long they had left and could be truly ready (80 is good). When it was times up, death would be different than it is now, our bodies would do a slow fade out with plenty of time for good-byes and no pain, we would just transition to another higher state of consciousness. I could give eveyone a truly peaceful existance. (but I don't believe in God anyways)

I will understand why this world is how it is and know it was forseen from creation.I'll be alright with the way things are and not intervene, for I knew it in the begining, that humans will self distruct in the search for Knowledge of me.I'll be alright with what ever decision you made because it will not change who I am,but it might affect you and probably you will have the opportunity to visit hell, and possibly come out of it with some knwledge. If I was God I will not change a thing.Good job God!

I don't think it is a question per se, but people have this notion to believe that if they had God's power that they would change everything to the way they want it to be, however I can't see a regular human being having that kind of power and doing the right things. I think we were made to believe this God because it is the safest way to ensure some sense of security amongst all of the dam nations of the world.

This would give me a very big headache , I am an atheist so I wouldn't belive that I exsisted!
But assuming it were possible my first job would be to get rid of all Christians, I do not want a group going about the place saying that I was ever a visitor to the planet earth and actually appeared as a human, why would I ever want to do that, I would appear as I am, God Almighty, no one could deny me, why would I ever want to appear as the son of a carpenter, and have all these rumours circulate about my birth right?? So Christians would have to go!!
Hope this helps??

Wow, I don't know where to start. I would change so many things. I would have to sit down and plan it all out, prioritize, and go from there. I would try to create a sense of balance in all things.
Good question, but I could not possibly answer it here...not enough time or room.

I would throw my weight at the third rock from the sun. It would slightly tilt the planet and the Sahara would become the Mediterranean. It would stop the whinging about global warming because they would have more to worry about. It wouldn't affect my 'life'. I would not be part of this thing you humans call life.
Ps. What's this got to do with psychology???

Create a world threat that would force the peoples to come together to 'fight' it, then create a definitive prophet , so there could be no misunderstanding, about who did the miracles and what i meant.
Kill a few bad people for something to do in the afternoon.
