I think they should be forced to sport a tattoo that says something along the lines of "I raped a child" and let people do whatever they want to them as torture...

The severity of their punishment should match the severity of their crime and risk of future repeats. "Career" rapists should be imprisoned for life and used in medical experiments. Violent rapists should be tied to a post and have the **** beaten out of them by their victims and victims friends. And then used in medical experiments for the rest of their lives.
Someone who infects someone else should be used for medical research, but not be given any effective cures.
Someone who carries on without the consent of the partner without using violence , should be subjected to customs and excise body cavity searches immediately after being found guilty (i.e. in court)
Anyone who makes false accusations of rape should be subject to similarly severe punishments.

Very simple. Staple them to a pole, give them a knife and set the pole on fire. They now have a choice - self-castration or burn to death.
