does anyone kno something to buy or somthing u can do to make your nails grow faster.
i bite my nails and so im trying to stop and i want them 2 grow fast.
please help me.

My nails grow fastest when I'm taking care of them. Keeping them filed and painted will help prevent chips and snags, which will help you quash the urge to bite or pick at them. Choose a strong nail polish to help them resist bending, breaking, and biting. I like Sally Hansen's "Hard as Diamonds" line- it's long-lasting (a must for me, because I never have a lot of time to do them) and helps keep my nails strong.

Sally Hanson has some kind of rapid-grow something-or-other that I use.
I'm really bad about biting my nails, but I've found that if I use just clear nail polish, I'm less likely to bite and pick because I don't see jagged edges of color half way up my nail that I will inevitably want to even out. You might want to also try that.
Getting press-on nails is another alternative, but remember: what goes on must eventually come off, and you have to file off your nail enamel to get the adhesive to work. Too much trouble as far as I'm concerned.

Try a multi-vitamin for women they have a lot of calcium which may help. I stopped biting my nails when I was pregnant because I was taking prenatal vitamins and my nails were getting so strong. Now they grow like crazy and are stronger than ever.

There is some nail polish you can buy at any convience store, which tastes digusting and will make you stop biting your nails fast! (believe it's called "STOP BITING" or something close) Make sure to use cuticle oil daily. Good luck!

I bite my nails too.
I paint them so try to stop.
They also make special polish w/ nutrients to help them grow. Sally Hanson is good for stuff like that.

Drink milk and eat a lot of food containing iron (ex. spinich)
