Chagrin Falls Ohio, Gates Mills Ohio or Hudson Ohio. They are charming little cities, very friendly and have great old Western Reserve homes. Also, there is a reasonable cost of living. The only down side is winter because they are in the snow belt and get a lot of lake effect snow. I loved living in that area, but don't miss the brutal winters.
