When reading text/posts in all capitals it feels like if they are angry and hatefull.

Yeah i always wondered if those people shout when they are talking too-- I always picture some sad angry person hitting the keys really hard

Because it's usually located right above the shift key and sometimes people will accidentally hit the caps lock key. If you don't look at your screen every once in a while, you may not realize the cap locks is on.
If you go to start -> control panel -> accessibility options, click on the Keyboard tab. You can activate a feature so you will hear a beep when cap locks is activated.

When you want to type a lot of things in capitals but you dont want to hold down shift for a long time, caps locks helps, I forgot my caps locks was on my share of times before. Capitals are BOLD and easy to see amd it makes things stand out alot!

why is it a big deal if they use caps or not? if you are that touchy you should get a different hobby.
