Is there a device to increase cell phone reception in low area?

Reception is very good a quarter mile away.

For the normal person, no. Any antenna boosters you see for sale are basically just scams.

I have seen a lot of ads for cell reception boosts.There is one that u just place by the battery and its supposed to greatly improve the reception.I would try looking at Bed Bath & Beyond cause they sell lots of stuff from TV.& I would say that any device that boosts ur reception is worth a try.

Try a different cell phone or a new service.
