the story goes like this: he is my guy best friend, that i had not intentionally fall in love with. We'd been best of friends for almost 2 years. We have no secrets to each other. He spent most of the time at our house chatting with me after class or weekends. We roam our town together. He told me that he is in love with my cousin. Then, I give way for them. But at least we still have time for each other. Then 1 day, he told me that: he will stop going to our house and stop to see me again. I asked him why. But he didn't give me a good answer. He just anwer me "I DON'T KNOW!". I just feel regretful for the friendship that we share together.

It sounds like he realizes that he's leading you on and he wants to distance himself so that he can pursue the relationship with your cousin.

You just need to keep your dignity and go about your business without mentioning a word to anyone. Seriously, Just keep it between you and yahoo answers/friends.

Don't be regretful of the friendship, just learn that most of the time, when guys are friends with girls, they either want to sleep with them or they're waiting for something better to come along.

I'm not bagging on men, that's just the way men are. My fiancee taught me that. He said "honey, the only reason men are friends with women is cause they either want to sleep with them or they want to know that the friend wants to sleep with them and it feeds their ego". they grow out of it.
