I am going to a couple of bars with some co-workers(who are older than me by like 10+yrs) and then after that I am meeting with friends at another bar/restaurant. My co-workers just told me they are going casual but my friends later that night aren't going to be that casual

what do you think about a black classy strapless shirt, nice jeans and flip flops for going out with the co-workers and then high heels and classy accessories for later on with my friends??

You can probably get away with wearing the same outfit. Start out the evening with more conservative makeup and accessories. When you head out for your "second wind" step it up a notch and change your makeup and accesories to dress it up. Dramatic eye makeup, a flashy cocktail purse, high heels and a few extra buttons opened on your blouse should do the trick!

Hope that helps & have a great time tonite!

I think that a nice pair of black sexy pants with a nice red blouse and open heels would work nicely for both scenes.
