I had a miscarriage a little over three weeks ago and I am still waiting on my period.

Most women that are pregnant never know that they are because they miscarry before they even miss there first peroid. So therefore not even missing a peroid. It doesnt have any time line on it. It can unfortunitly happen at anytime.

When you miscarry, you typically get your period. Your body is "purging" itself naturally... so the lining of the uterus is shed... hence the blood... result is a period.

it will usually start in about three weeks maybe a month just depends on how far along you were talk to your obgyn
