That's two different questons----looking like a lion, or having a personality like a lion.
A lion-like personality would be authoritative, regal, masterful and haughty.
Looking like a lion----just do a google image search on Bert Lahr---even when he wasn't in make-up for the lion in The Wizard of Oz, he looked like one.
