When I separate the person from who they are, i.e. a body part, that person has an incredible bottom, or they are hot, I am separating the person from who they are to how they appear/look. I am also idealizing who they are based on the objectification of their body, i.e., because that person is hot, I would like to get to know them, or somehow they are appealing emotionally mentally because they are hot. As I am objectifying, lust shows itself in fantasy. What would I like, what would I like to do with and to them. So I would say when the idealized picture of this person is replaced with reality, IE., who they really are. You can accept and be willing to see past faults, issues, problems because Love carries no jealousy, love doesn't judge, love don't do anything for self gratitude, love gives unconditionally, love is trust, love is respect, love is truth!

Because lust is all about the moment at hand. A relationship that is built on sex seldom lasts. Think of it this way, love can wait 5 years, lust can't wait 5 minutes. Best of luck to you.

you need to get to know the person before jumping into a relationship. Lust is just wanting someone right now, love is the feeling you get when you can't be away from the person withing missing them and wanting to be with them all the time. Love is something everlasting, not just sex but just being with them and holding hands and talking just being together....

Do you want to know the difference between lust and love? Lust is a sexual desire for someone's body. And it only last for s short while.

Love is a wanting to be with someone with or without sex. Love is commitment....

How old are you anyway? Ever take any classes in science, or watch television? guess not. Lust is to insure that the species survives -- it is evolution's way of getting you pregnant. So, whether in lust or love, use birth control, or you will be a parent of the next generation. Answer your question?

Because we are human and sometimes we think with our heads and lustful wants and desires instead of thinking with our hearts emotions and common sense. Lust does not last but love will endure the test of time.

The truth:
You had sex to early in the relationship and really
did not know this person. Try waiting at least 3
months before rushing into sex, and see how
much you really care about that person.

Love is something we all long for and so when we feel any type of attraction then we confuse it for love. The human being by nature has a need to love and to be loved...

because we are all human. We all want that connection with someone who cares about us.
If you have had a taste of love and giving and recieving of you. The rush you get just being near that person is incredable.
It literally a drug like reaction.

Not sure WHY we do it, but we should kind of appreciate it, cause it helps us develop a "checklist" of what we like and dont like in search of someone we actually have the potential to have a real relationship with.

It is all learning about what makes us happy! (and what DOESNT!)
