Some say it is a feeling you get because of certain events letting it out of your heart.
Some say it is a knowing that your with the right person or people in your life.
Some even say its a natural shining from everyone's hearts but it gets shadowed and twisted by our fears and doubts.
What is your interpretation of this too talked about thing and how do you know when you feel or know it in your own experience?

It's karma, a life or soul lesson that needs to be learned. If you feel that it's draining your energies, but you can't let go, then it was probably a promise you made to the other soul in a previous life time. If you find that it is consuming your spirit rather than energizing it, then you need to work on releasing that promise you made and forgiving the past...If it's one thing I've learned is, never promise someone you will love them till the end of time. It comes back to haunt you in another life and it may turn out to be unpleasant.
If it is a healthy love that energizes your spirit, encourages creativity and grounds you, then you are soul mates, helping each other out in a tough life time. I hope it is the latter. Good luck!!

One kind of love is when you overcome all the prejudices in your mind no matter how hard this is and can see a person for what they are -just a person like you, no better or worse, just here on this earth for a short time trying to get through. It's when you stop thinking about a person and just see them in their pure essence. I am unable to love everyone as I am too weak and can't forgive certain crimes or actions. But ultimately, love is capable of this. Perhaps it is impossible.

Love is a verb and a feeling. It is the act of loving that causes the feeling. Love is wanting someone as a part of your life. It is wanting in spite of and even because of their not so wonderful qualities. It is seeing who they really are and wanting them anyway. It is enjoying good times together and being willing to get through the bad still together. It is being willing to do things you may not want to do for someone else just because you want them to be happy. Love is different things to different people but never any less real. Love is my boyfriend taking care of me during the worst hangover of my life even though I acted like an idiot and he tried to get me stop. Love is looking at my children when they are sleeping peacefully and thanking god for them. Love is sitting in woods alone and feeling completely connected in spirit to everything in the universe.

Love is feeling safe. Love is believing in someone so much that you would do anything (within reason). Love is between Mother and child. Love is what we should feel for all children. Love is the feeling you have for innocent animals. It is very hard to explain a feeling....or how something tastes.

Love is just a word that has so much meaning and feelings crammed inside of it, "Life without love is no life at all" Love is a word you tell someone to try to express the deep feelings you have for them, the respect, patience, kindness, and thoughtfulness toward someone you hold high. but love with out actions is dead. 60 percent of what you say is through body language. so instead of always telling someone you love them try showing them. :)

Love is all that is. Nothing to exclude nothing to add. Before experienced , Faith must be developed. Otherwise you can't.. Instead you may cling to question /answer site in search of opinions which leads nowhere. Developed Faith do not required questions and there is none , for it has immediate answer to itself , thus to beholder.
