There is a classic line from the movie "American Marriage" in which Eugene Levy's character tells his son:

"The longer you are married...
"The longer you can go....WITHOUT sex." :)

It's a great line.

If you didn't live together and have sex on a regular basis BEFORE you got married, don't dismay. You have just entered into what I like to call, "The (Emotional) Seasons of Marriage." And like the seasons, they come and go so that you and your spouse will start to develop character which will serve as the foundation of your marriage when things get rocky.

"Season to be intimate and a season to refrain from being intimate."

You should know start to invest in a good library of marriage books. (Here's a few to get you started:)
1. His Needs, Her Needs
2. The Five Love Languages
3. Making Love Last Forever
4. Women are from Venus, Men are from Mars.
5. Captivating
6. Wild at Heart
7. Passionate Marriage

There could be a hormonal imbalance or a medication which is affecting libido. I suggest you look into any medications you two are taking, find out if there is any sexual side affects, and speak with a doctor about this problem. Talk with each other, keep up the communication between the two of you, this is critical. Don't be embarressed as this will only hinder finding the problem and getting it taken care of. Communication is key in every successful long term relationship. What ever you do keep open the doors of communication. Good luck in finding out what is going on here. I suggest speaking with a proffessional.

What you're speaking approximately is a dedication rite, the place 2 human beings pledge to spend time mutually, devote to a minimum of one yet another, and stay mutually. They try this in front of acquaintances and kinfolk, and it rather is somewhat easy interior the Pagan religions, actual. people who try this oftentimes do no longer evaluate themselves married, yet mutually and devoted all the comparable, purely devoid of the place of work work. So back, this is stated as a dedication rite, no longer a marriage, and after this, you're mutually and devoted, no longer married. Edit: And some thing like this is often frowned upon in case you insist on doing it in a church. this is extra of a private place of abode, outdoors, sea coast, or different place element, no longer church.

You need to spice it up more, maybe you/partner is bored already. Go shopping together for sex toys! It's work well, i have been married for 15 years and let me tell you, its the best. Toys do the trick every time.
Dont give up now, try everything to keep it alive. Or the marriage will die slowly.
