See, now this one could be tricky!
You said family surname, not what is their last name. Surname is just a name that could be associated with the family. The person in specific does not need to have the name themselves.
Halliwell is the obvious choice since it was Piper, Prue, and Phoebe's last name.
BUT, Paige's last name is Matthews. So there is one sister who does not have the same last name (and you never said which three sisters).
And if you go on about that with Paige too, her (biological) father's last name was Wylder, so she would actually be of that family too.
To make it even more tricky, the original P3 sister's fathers last name was Bennett. So they were part of that surname too, but without actually having it.
And to go back even further, the family surname was Warren.
So, many possibilities if no specifics are used in the question.
