ALL OF YOU HAVE IT WRONG!!! Insurgents hate the US. The meaning of an insurgent is someone from somewhere else. These are not Iraqis but, Jordianians, Saudis, Syrian, Iranian, etc. Iraqis were very happy to be freed from Saddam's rule but unhappy with the progress. They expected change overnight and things just don't work like that. The people have been told what to do for the last fifty plus years and now that they don't have anyone telling them, there is absoutly no progress. Some countries are made to have dictators. These countries are full of followers, not leaders. Iraq is a perfect example. They do not hate us at all... take it from me, I've lived here for two years and yes, I'm an American.

They don't hate us, thats why. Who told you they do? I've seen Iraq, up close and personal, and I can tell you first hand, the majority of the Iraqi people not only want us there, they dont want us to leave. Not yet anyways. They are happy Saddam is in jail and they want to see him convicted and executed. They are happy his sons were killed. Obviously, Saddam still has loyalist supporters out there. Obviously there are others in the Middle East that doesnt want American soldiers in Iraq for strategic reasons. But, the insurgents that you hear about so much are nothing more than terrorists being funneled in from other countries. Mostly, but not all. Some are Sunni muslims from Iraq that are afraid of retribution for their past deeds against the Shite and Kurds. Its a mess, but the Iraqi anger isn't really against America. The violence there is from years of bad blood amongst themselves and outside arab influences (and Al Queda).

Why did the Americans wage an unlawful war on Iraq without the consent of UN? Where are Weapons of Mass Destruction the US government said that Iraqi's had? (Not found) Where is the Saddam's link with alquaida that the US government said that it had? (Not found) Then why did the Americans kill 50 000 innocent Iraqis? Why did the Americans government caused the death of 2500 Marines? What did those poor people do to the American public or US government? Who hates Who? Do Americans hate Iraqis or Do Iraqis hate Americans?

Do you think it is because they were bombed, invaded, starved, then bombed and invaded all over again before being occupied. With WMD being used as an excuse. The reality is that Oil and Arms companies have too much control of a supposed democracy. The elected leaders of which have too much financial interest in the success of those companies.
