i dont think there really is an answer to this. you just know deep down inside you that you love this person. some people say ill die for you byt you never really know until the situation comes that test that. maybe you know when you are willing to make sacifices for that person. sacrifices that you would never have done in the first place.

You don't have to ask this question, you just know. Its something you feel inside, its wanting to be with the person all day and night, and when you look at the person you have to smile....its knowing that no matter what happens in your life you can go to that person for anything you need.

It's different for everyone.
Caring more about them than your own desires is a sign. Being interested in what they think about and feel. Feeling peaceful around them, capable of just sitting next to eachother without saying anything and still being perfectly happy. Being able to encourage them to make good choices and take THEIR criticism as well.

You know your in love, when you want to be around that person all the time!! You know your in love, when you want to look at them and they just make you fuzzy in side....you know your in love when your man or woman farts and you think its cute. When your in love, that person is constantly on your mind, and you want to do everything you can for them, and y ou want to be there for them for everything. You love their bad parts or you at least tolerate them!
