I'm 18 and looking for a place to stay. Does anyone know where at in St. Louis, MO is a good place to live? I have a couple of places in mind like: Oak Park Village and Colonial Meadows. I need something thats cheap- like $400 at the max- and that is located by the bus line, laundry mat and little shopping centers. Thanks anyone that can help.

If your work place is close to downtown, you may like to check out the Park Plaza apartments there...they have some move in specials around 390 bucks.
If you don't need too much of space, check in the places at the Jefferson Arms building.

If you can share with the university students, Delmar Blvd/Skinker Blvd close to Washington Univ. in St. Louis is useful.
If you don't mind staying far from downtown, then MaryLand Heights/Dorsett - (Camden Terrace/Woodhollow Apts) would be a nice place as it has plenty of shops around and buses/metro rail.

All the best!
