Let's see, here is how your motherboard is identified:
Microstar Int. KM4AM-L (MS-6734-050)
This motherboard has just 2 sockets for memory.

According to http://www.coastmemory.com, you should get two 1GB strips of memory:
128x64-400MHz DDR400 PC3200, 184p DIMM, 2.6v, Sync, CL=3.0

They charge these prices:
Vendor: Memory Bank $99.00 each
Vendor: Samsung $129.00 each

Good luck

You can get any big piece of ram for your system, as long as it is DDR SD. Got to www.newegg.com, they can give you advice as well, and they have generally the best prices around.
