I am not familiar with any romantic spots in settle. However, if you are ever in Seattle I have always found walking around the harbor at dusk or watching the sunset on the beach (or better...watching the sunrise!) to be both romantic and inspirational.

InTocama there is a dock that has the best food and bar around. it has been a long time since I have been there.
