it depends on the severity... if it happens all the time and its not light call your doctor but if it was every once in awhile and like spotting after intercourse but later your fine its cuz he was to rough on you sometimes that canhappen tell your partner to work you slow and be gentle.

Maybe his fingernails are too long and he is accidentally cutting you. The interior of the vagina isn't very sensitive, so he could get you and you might never feel it.
