Hmm... this is difficult but I think Orochimaru + Sasuke will win. Orochimaru, in Sasuke's body, has the Sharingan which can rival Itachi's. During the two and a half years of training, Sasuke himself also has learnt quite a few tricks such as being able to move really fast and entering someone else's mind. Orochimaru improved his own skills too, not to mention the jutsus he has already mastered. I bet they probably trained a lot on countering Itachi's attacks. Itachi, on the other hand, is strong too but his strongest jutsus (those using Mangekyou Sharingan) require a lot of chakra and this stops him from using them too much. If Orochimaru + Sasuke can find a way around Mangekyou Sharingan, I'd say they have the upper hand in the fight.

orochimaru is almost can beat itachi but he can not beat him alone.... now sasuke has grown up, sasuke is so strong even orochimaru afraid of him... so, i think if sasuke combine his power with orochimaru, they will win against itachi.. if kabuto is there to help them too, i am really sure that they will win...

itachi, even orochimaru said itachi was stronger than him. and no offense to sasuke but i don't think he would help orochimaru too much.

b/c fact of the matter is
orochimaru stated himself that itachi was indeed stronger than he was. i mean i do not think he would just slack off
