Any of the home improvement stores or woodworking stores sell them.
But you would be better to make your own. That way you can make it to the size and es specially the height that works best for you.

Sure, first draw out a plan on what you want, how tall you want it to be, how long, and how deep. I built mine for about 40$.
Go to Lowes, Home Depot, etc... Get some 2x4s, 3/4" particle board and 2" drywall screws. Hell if you can find some scrap 2x4s, you'll save even more.

Search the web for free plans. You can build one more cheaply than you can buy one. That's what I did.
