I would just study....don't overload yourself, because then you won't remember....maybe carry some notecards around and get a study group together....the more prepared you are for the test, the less nervous you will be.

Get together with your friends in a study group. If it's too late for that, study for about half an hour, and have a good night's sleep.
If you don't sleep well, you're going to have more stress the next day. IF you Can't Sleep, try reading a book about the test or counting sheep.

Unfortunately the answer is to Study hard. If you have a true command of the subject matter you will not feel near as nervous.

Aside from that you can try taking a shot before you go to your exam. That always worked for me.
