I believe we all start out as beautiful people, but can become ugly, I don't mean on the outside, I mean some people are truly beautiful in their hearts and souls, but some are ugly in their hearts and have wicked souls, it's a sad state of affairs, hopefully all the nasties will be locked up and just leave the nice people. :)

I agree that is the way we should all think. However some where some how, people began to judge each other and then self esteem became an issue. Lack of self esteem makes people change the way they look to make themselves "look" better. Also many people think the standard they must strive towards is what the media puts in our face. Women must be thin, to be beautiful. But if the world would think the way you do I think this life would be a much happier place and experience. I hope your question sparks something in everyone to think more like you. I give you the "Question of the Day" award!

Because we weren't all programmed to see Beautiful the same.

In central africa there is a tribe that have a very different idea of what constitutes beautiful. The women will file their teeth to sharp points like the crocodile and will adorn their hair with beads and bangles. And when I say their hair, I mean ALL their hair. Personally I don't think that's beautiful. But they think its hot.

You've seen the African tribes with the giant loop ear lobes. That is beautiful to them. And the pricked and scarred skin covering thier arms and faces. All ways for those people to be beautiful.

Another thing is a matter of opinion. A lot of people think Ashton Kutcher is beautiful. I personally don't. Same with Angelina Jolie. I think her lips are insane, but some people find them very attractive. We are all beautiful. Its just a matter of opinion.

You know, I would like to be an optimist and say yes, but darn it there really are some unattractive people out there (inside and out) and if you say there aren't you are lying. Deep inside you know you feel this way about one person out there. Even if they are beutiful by looks, their personality or mannerisms make them ugly.

We are human, we have flaws. Without these flaws, there is no sense of perfection.

We are not perfect, only God is.

Personally, I think there are "ugly" people.

Do you really think Charles Manson is beautiful?

We all have beautiful aspects but we're not completely beautiful, we have ugliness too.

There has to be opposites, if there wasn't black and white, light and dark, everything would just be grey and how boring is that?

Very obviously we are not all beautiful and were not designed by "a creator" if you read a book on Genetics you would understand why we look the way we do.

If you believe that, we all are beautiful. Who is to judge what is beautiful or not. Vogue magazine? The Hills TV show. Your principles of beauty are in the wrong place. Don't worry almost everyone subscribes to the ridiculous object of beauty, myself included. 200 yrs ago beauty was different, and it will continue to evolve as we do.

Your personal opinion of what is and what is not beautiful means nothing to the Creator.

Beauty is so much more than simply skin deep. Sometimes it takes patience, a kind heart, and an open mind to see it. Unfortunately, those are qualities we all need to work on.

Best Wishes.

Beauty (man concept) is to the eye of the beholder. God (the creator) said the it was good, not beautiful. I could cite an number of biblical references, but maybe you can do a word study of beauty/beautiful.

I'm not beautiful because god made me on a Friday afternoon having spent his lunch break in the pub. He was also in a hurry so he could start the weekend early. Therefore i have a face like a bag of spanners.

Yes I would agree but BEAUTY is in the eye of the beholder. What's Beautiful to me may not be beautiful to you. That's why GOD gave as freedom of choice.
