At present Bermuda, New Zealand, Panama, Chile, Latvia, and Finland all have democratically elected female heads of state.
If we have any common sense, we'll elect a woman soon.

The United States may not elect a lady president anytime soon but it may certainly get Hillary Clinton in the next presidential election cycle.
