Hold your head up, keep eye contact with people, Smile a lot, speak confidently. Don't seem to easily scared or flustered.

body language has a lot to do with it. people can pick up on you confiedence level just by the way you walk, make eye contact, etc.

Being confident shines outward to others and if you feel you have to show it because you have an agenda (like getting women to notice you) you are not as confident as you would like to be...being good at something and teaching others are some ways of showing that you are confident. Also, having humility and grace under fire displays to others that you are not easily shaken. Being able to show empathy and compassion to people in difficult situations shows you have emotional stability. Just walk "to the beat of your own drummer" and believe in yourself, it will show. (smile)

Great posture and making eye contact with everyone shows immediate confidence in one's self. Are the girls at bars sitting slouched in corners the ones getting the attention? I think not.
