Stop talking about one friend when you are with the other. That is rude, insensitive and simply not a very nice thing to do. If they have to say something about eachother , let them say it to eachother. Don't get caught in the middle. Good luck hun

Well Ive Been In This Situation Alot And The Best Thing I Know To To Do Is When They Are Talkin About Each Other To You Just Change The Subject And Move Along Eventually You Will
Find The Better Of The Friends And If Not Then Go Make New Friends

I had the same problem with my best friend-girl too-. Still me b/f doesn't like her but....
If they all love you they'll stand each other for some times. Try not to go out with all of them but share ur free time between them. And if you have a better time with some of them, then go out only with (which i dont think is happening as they all are ur friends). Try to be ok with everyone and just "close your ears" to what is being told about each other...

Welcome to the world of Girls...you will find out that females really do not like each other very much, are in competition with each other at all times. Trusting another female with secrets is like putting a loaded gun to your head. Forget about who is saying what, take mental notes as to what kind of people these 'beraters" are and steer clear of them with anything personal. If you need to confide something to someone, pick a male best friend...at least, the chances of your secret staying secret are greatly increased...not 100%, but greatly increased.

Get them both together and tell them "look, I'm friends with both of you, I dont want to hear it if you have something against each other, I am not going to be caught in the middle. It's either you learn to work it out, or don't. It's your choice, but stop trying to make me choose between you two."

Well dont get in the middle. Girls get too caught up in other peoples drama. When she talks bout another girl dont talk bad back. Just change the subject. Its a trap trust me. if you want to be a good friend tho tell the girl who is talkin behind the other girls back that you dont like hearin about people talkin about other people. let her know you simply dont care and dont wanna waste your time talkin bout it.
If your group of friends dont wanna be ur friend cuz you are that girls friend then dont sweat it, those girls are just insecure and want to spend their time makin others feel bad. Just keep bein friends with them, but be honest dont just sit there and watch. Be better then them

Try to stay out of the middle of this matter. And warn them not to talk about one other in front of you, because you dont want to mixed up in their mess. Be the neutral party and never go get and tell what the other one said about the other. Trust me it can backfire on you.

Tell them both that dey need to get along for your sake becuase I was in the same situation one time. I was tha one dat didn't lyke my friend's other friend and still don't. If u wanna be friends with both of them then you need to stop the drama between them!!

Well I have the same problem. I just keep them separated from each other. When they start talking about the other person I tell them that that's kid **** and I don't want to hear it.

Grow up...Ask them if they talk about you the same way when you aren't around. When they say no,... which they will. Ask them to atleast stop talking about people they don't like..Why not talk about a cute boy or something more constructive...like if your lip-gloss is a good color!! hahaha
