I would think it would take years to perforate the septum. Could nearly everyday use, but not large amounts, of only a few months cause this?

Now that I have tried to tell you the obvious...just say no...and that you are going to inhale this schedule II narcotic anyway let me answer your question. The infrequent use of a small of cocaine will get you addicted (if not already) but the odds of it perforating you septum are low. The problem is that to continue to reach the high brought on by a "small" amount nearly everyday will require larger amounts of the drug to be inhaled nearly everyday. And if you are/become addicted "...only a few months" will turn into many, many months. And that will cause damage to your septum. I am 52 years old and have had a perforated septum since I was 8 years old due to a childhood injury/illness. To this day I still have trouble with it bleeding when I sneeze, cough, have a bad cold or when the humidity drops below 20 percent. It isn't very pleasant

It will not damage your nose as bad, however, if you only do it every once and a while, but i would definitely recommend that you or whoever you are referring to, stop now, because one of my relatives did it in the past and the first time they did it, their nose began to bleed, and bleeding or burning, even itching is a definite sign of damage to septum.

yea probably. it damaged my septum and that was from occasional use.. if youre doing it nearly everyday, it sounds like you have a problem. i would be more concerned about your addiction!

Depends on what it's cut with.
80% or purer it takes a lot longer.
Tip: It's not worth it.
The first high is great, but you never get it back.
