ethanol is a fake. E85 ends up being the equivalent to a gallon of gasoline being burned or close to it. Between farming it with machinery then transporting it since it cant flow through pipes its all just a con by the big oil companies. since when did chevy and gmc actually care about the environment? never. Read up on biodiesel and be amazed and pissed about why it isnt being used by every single diesel truck in the u.s. One thing i gotta say is our government, i mean republicans are dumb.

I live in Nebraska. I have been successfully driving cars with a 10% ethanol blend since the 80s! Call your local lawmakers and ask them to support building an ethanol plant near YOUR city! You can make alcohol out of all kinds of plants...not just Corn like we do here.

There are ethanol blends at a lot of pumps available now. An example where I live is the Stinker Stations. They are operated nationally by Sinclair. All of their unleaded is ethanol blended.

There are some cities that offer it now but not many. I am pretty sure it is a local decision when and if Ethanol will be offered in your particular city.

Within10 years the whole country should be using ethanol gas because we will run out of the other stuff.

when the government gets their stuff together.....the government needs to invest in it as well as giving tax breaks to companys that will build it pumps with ethanol fuel
