Ask the person who is doing your hair if they know of anyone. A lot of times they will not only know of someone but they might be able to do it or someone in the salon.
Makeup counters are also great places to find artists who would love a side gig.
But first ask your stylist.

A lot of make up artists at dept stores work on the side... just ask them next time you are at the make up counter.

Yes, most (better) hair salons offer this service. What you need to do is have your stylist do a "preview" of your make-up and hair (bring or describe your headpeice to her), then if you like what he/she does, a lot of them come to your house (or wherever it is that you're getting ready) on the "BIG" day for the actual job! Also, look in your phone book and call around to find out the details of the make-up services they offer!

Go to a MAC counter and talk to one of the girls there. The would tell you if they know someone who is good. If the person said that she could do it, ask for a quick makeup and see how she is.

where do you live? i just finished a wedding a few days ago!!lol
be careful of the dept.stores you never know who sat there last or if it was cleaned properly!!! if you do that take your own "tools" you can get them from any walmart for cheep, also sometimes if the store knows that you have a special thing going they sometimes charge $20-$30 so find out befor you go!

You should get a test run through of your hair and makeup so the day of your not freaking out because you really don't like what has been done to your hair or makeup.

go to like a mall in the makeup section sometimes there are makeup stands where professionals do make up on people

MAC Cosmetics has a whole line of cosmetics for weddings. If you go to a Mac store they can give you a free makeover for your wedding.you can also try their website, www.maccosmetics.com they have a whole bridal section there.

GO 2 UR LOCAL MALL AND GO TO THE MAKE-UP DEPARTMENT . AT OUR MALL N ALB. GA WE HAVE GOOD PEOPLE 2 DO UR MAKEUP OR U CAN CHECK AT SOME SALONS.
