My fiance got mad at me last night before bed, because she went into the bathroom and sliped but didnt fall, and she told me if I have gone instead of me that she wouldnt have slipped and that I should appologize for not going? WTF! how is that my fault?

Be careful with this situation and keep it in check. If it is a regular occurence you'll have to find someway to get it to stop. You are not to blame for that. It could turn into her blaming you for everything because of flawed rationalizing.
She could also have something really bugging her and causing this.

did she slip in a puddle or something? something that you might have left on the floor??
i'm not saying its your fault.. perhaps she had a bad day ..
you should have said you feel sorry she slipped but other than that she should be more careful :)

It is not, well in a guys eyes. In her eyes it is all your fault. Everything will be your fault. You will be saying your sorry more times than Heinz has pickles. That's the way it is.

yo she's crazy so she would of preferred for u to fall instead brush it off maybe its that time of month for her dont say sorry u didnt do anything tell her to blame the floor of her leggs for being clumsy
