No, d-wade has a long way to go before he can be compared to Jordan. Take away Shaq from his team and lets see how he does and how his team does. Jordan did it on his own, wait for Wade to have that set up and then we will see.

You COULD compare them, but why? MJ will always be better than Dwayne, plain and simple.

No one is now, or will be, better than Jordan.

When Stackhouse was with the Sixers, he talked trash about Jordan. The next time they played against eachother, Jordan guarded Stackhouse.
Stackhouse scored 4 points, Jordan scored 36 points.

Jordan played with the flu against Utah in the finals. Jordan scored 38 points

George Karl, when he coached the Seattle Supersonics in the playoffs, said that, "Jordan just drives to the hoop, no jump shots." In the next game, Jordan scored 44 points - all jumpshots.

When the media asked Karl about Jordan, Karl said, "I have
nothing to say; I don't want to give him no more motivation".

Enough said; D-Wade just doesn't compare.

NO, NO, NO, and HELL NO. And to the idiot above me, Kobe averaged 35, 5 and 5. You do the math. Everybody needs that extra good player to help them win. Every team that one a championship had at least 2 to 3 good players on their team. The only thing Jordan didn't have at twenty four was a championship, but he had everything else. Did D-wade get a ring his first year when they didn't have Shaq? Holla back stupid!

U can but it wouldn't make sense 2 because he is no where near Michael Jordan Kobe and AI are closer than he is to Jordan.

Only when Shaq leaves and D-Wade is forced to endure double and triple teams like the rest of the stars (Kobe, LeBron, AI) will we know. And if that happens, he needs to be consistent throughout like he was in the finals. Just because Shaq left and he can't have his one on one matchups nemore doesn't mean his performance should drop. If it does, well that means he was jus livin the glory off of Shaq, if he doesn't, then maybe.

He also needs to become better defensively, still hasn't made the first nba defensive squad.

Not yet......we will see what time will tell...D-wade isn't as good on Defence as Mike was....D-wade is also kind of a ball hog....and Jordon spread it around alot more. I personally don't think there is much comparison.
