What can I use to keep neighbors dog from geeting my newspaper?

Check and see if your community has a city/town law about dogs needing to be on leashes or fenced up at all times. Maybe a quick call to Animal Control. They would surely know the local laws regarding pets. If there is such a law, then turn your neighbors in. Another option is to install a fence on your property, but that would cost you money. If it is a small dog, then get a falcon. That way, when the dog comes and tries to steal the paper, the falcon will attack the dog and eat it. If the neighbor's dog is a medium sized to big dog, then get a dog for yourself that is even bigger. The big dog will attack or even rape the hell out of the neighbor's dog. (Dogs do that to one another.)

I would talk to the neighbors about their dog first. If the problem doesnt get fixed. Send your neighbors a bill for the number of newspapers he ate.

They'll stop their dog from getting your news paper.

If you can catch him doing it, hit him with a garden hose and then promptly call your neighbor! (if it's 4 a.m., all the better). I'm certain there are leash laws, if it persists, filed a complaint w/animal control and let the neighbor begin paying fines for that 50 cent newspaper, their dog won't run free for long!
