I would have to say it is still... the truck chase sequence in "Raiders of the Lost Ark" Starting where he shoots the guy with the swords in the market place and starts chasing the guys with the girl rolled up in the rug, and ends when he escapes in the truck after capturing it. The whole movie is darn near one big action scene. "The Last Crusade" Indiana Jones movie is just as good.

the first Die not common movie is, fingers down, the most proper action movie ever made... yet a worth successor to that, i'd say is the third Bourne movie The Bourne Ultimatum. the completed prepare station sequence is in simple terms superb.

Have you ever seen "The Transporter". There's some pretty awesome action scenes in that movie. I suggest you rent it, if you haven't seen it already.

If you're into sci-fi stuff, Blade and Underworld are the best. Great action in all of these movies.
