Jeff! NONE OF THESE ANSWERS ARE CORRECT!

Holy cow... people get stupid and just write answers.

All you have to do is 'share' the printer like you would a folder. Open your Printers folder where it shows you all of the printers. RIGHT click the printer and select "Sharing". Give it a name and you're done. Now, your printer is 'shared'. On the other pcs, just ADD a printer and select Networked Printer. Browse for it, and if you're all on the same workgroup you should easily find it. Connect to it and you're done! No install of drivers... no crazy crazy, just share and add!

THe key thing to remember is that the computer that has the printer MUST be turned on for it to work-- it can be logged out, but it needs to be on for other computers to print to it!

The printer will need to have wireless capabilities or connected directly to the router. In this case, you will need to assign the printer an IP Address.

You may be able to share a printer conected to a PC in your wireless network by going to the controlpanel and going to the printers menu. Right click the printer in question and select properties/share this printer.

haha... im sorry to tell you every other answer is right in its own way.
what fiveptscalvin said is not entirely correct also. he taught you to share printer without the use of a router . as in the printer is connected directly to a computer and other computers which needs to print have to go through this computer.
however when you say wireless network i assume you have a wireless router.

another solution is to buy a wireless print server and attach your printer to it. note that print servers come in parallel and USB ones and even both . if you buy a print server you do not need a wireless router, however all your computers must have wireless capabilities. also note that some print server do not work well with MAC computer and may have problem with ALL IN ONE printers. what i know you need to install the driver into every computer you want to access your printer

You have to install the driver for the printer on EACH computer you want to share the printer with.

Go to Control Panel, Printers, then Add Printer
