Since i can not stay for a period of 1yr and i dont want to flirt outside because of fear of contacting any disease, Should i do it with my wife younger sister staying with us since she is giving me green light.

Why not!!! Same blood line!!! If your going to cheat, may as well keep it int he family!! And if it works out, maybe after 9 months you can bone both of them together!! When one door shuts, another door opens........hopefully the back door!!!

Is your wife going to watch you do her lil' sis? I doubt it.
Do the right thing - keep your bobo in your pants until your wife is available. Keep yourself entertained - your wife is going through a lot of hormonal changes. Once her hormones go back to normal, you'll pay for it big time.
Remember your vows - "hold her above all others" means you as well.
