Low fat, high fiber, vegetables and fruit diet. Drink lots and lots of water. A plastic surgeon. Walk, tread mill, elliptical glider, squats and lunges.

Diets never work; you can't have a diet forever, or else you get sick of drinking the horrible foods. And when you stop having your diet, you'll get fat again, probably even more so since you'll binge because you haven't had what you wanted for a long time. Excercise to get longer, leaner legs. Stand up straight to make it look like you have bigger boobs. I seriously don't think there is a food that makes bigger boobs LOL =P

I don't know about growing boobs or longer leaner legs but to lose weight dronk 24 oz or 3 cups of milk a day. It helped me.

Doctors have always said that eating a high fiber diet is the best way to lose weight. Your breasts are up to genetic's or a plastic surgeon to determin. Longer leaner legs... can be attributed to running long distances...

Go on a diet if you really want to lose weight. Just eat healthy and have proportions of things. No more junk food. Ballet helps with your legs alot. Dancing makes you lose weight too and helps with legs too, you just have to do it everyday. For bigger boobs i dont know what to tell you but my friends have told me that if you push your palms together for like 10 15 min. a day it can make them bigger. but im not sure about that.

eat fruits and veggies to loose weight as well as exercise. for boobs either stuff your bra or surgery, as far as your legs there is no way to make them longer, to make your legs leaner do exercises that work your legs. but I say learn to love what you have!!!

they say that drinking papaya milk regularly (a blend of papaya+milk+a tiny bit of sugar) can help puberty or something.. anyways about everyone i know who loves that drink has large boobs so i just figured O.o
if you`re past your teenage years though, i`m not sure if it can help you; it`s been rumoured to help a few adults.
