Sell it at a used DVD store. Or go on line at eBay.com or Amazon.com.
Since it is possible to copy DVDs most stores won't let you return the DVD unless the package is unopened.

You could take it to blockbuster and they could buy it from you. You can't take it back to the store if it is open and I wouldn't give it to a friend if you didn't like the movie unless you know that they do.

if you don't like a movie that you purchased you can keep it, give it away or trade with friends. you can't return it to the store just because you don't like it. it's not the store's fault.

I try to avoid actually *buying* movies I haven't seen, but I've done it before. Then if I don't know anybody that does like it, I sell it on half.com, or at a yardsale.

Not buy it, but if it's one I already own I would take it to Dimple, a local "buy/sell/trade" video store and buy something else I want.
