The floor I need to seal is in a school cafiteria. It is about 50 x 30 and has been cleaned very well. There are a few minor stains in the grout bt very little and not noticable. We need to seal it and would like to bring the shine back to the tile.

If u wax it, be prepared for a lawsuit. Slde slide slippety slide. You can re-seal the grout only and just clean the tiles:)

YIKES NOT WAX!!!!!

I've installed thousands of sq ft of tile and work maintenance for my daughters school in and around the Cafeteria.

If in fact it is "Ceramic" and worn so, then even "Sealer" will only be a temp fix.

If the school is ok with regular, scheduled, maintenace and re-sealing, then plan it out for school breaks, and tolerate it between them.

Ceramic is GLAZED, FIRED clay producing GLASS in effect. Sealant may work briefly on the grout, but please don't look for it to perform a miracle on the worn, or degraded ceramic.
