I was very clear. And if it was not clear to the average Joe then why are they posting anything at all..That is called Gaming for points....Where is Q&A on this?

Either they don't read the question carefully enough to realize that they aren't really answering it, or they don't have the background knowledge necessary to answer it, but think they do.

I think that when they read the question they may think you are asking one thing and they don't read the follow up information. Sometimes the questions are just ambiguous.
