So would you still think of getting another meal from MacDonald's? i mean it would be alright if its once or twice a week but not excessive consumption of fast food.Perhaps you can reward yourself with a sumptuous meal for abstaining from fast food for a period of time and "upgrade" the reward as you make positive progress if not otherwise. Of course there are other fast food restaurants too that you have to watch out plus fruits are important components in your diet! Eat healthy pal!

Just set a number of times you're allowed to visit a fast food restaurant per week and stick with it. Bring a snack or meal along with you from now on to resist the urge for fast food. Personally, I'm trying to limit my fast food intake to once a week because I am TOTALLY addicted to it. I just make sure I don't get caught in a situation where I'm starving and have no other option besides fast food. If that happens, I've educated myself on the healthy choices at all the major chains I visit along with the number of calories for each item. I know what I can get for 300 calories or below at every chain. LOL!

replace your bad addiction with a sort of good one. Like every time you have an urge for food, just chew a peice of gum, or drink a glass of water. This way your body can adapt to something that is good for you. Also, when you have an urge for something like fast food, right away pull out something healthy and eat it. And don't do depression eating. Eat only when you are truly hungry, not just when you feel like it. That way you can truly satisfy your stomach.

I'm kinda addicted to fast food(LOL, especially the french fries in McDonald! My guilty pleasure, LOL) but you have to realize it's bad for you and maybe think about cooking steam veggies and stuff and saving them, so when you feel hungry, you don't have the urge to get your keys and drive to a fast food, you can just go to the fridge and eat the vegetables.

Who's addicted to fast food?
America is. We are the leading country for over weight people, because of the fast food chain.

I'm not, I rarely eat it and when I do, I get a grilled chicken sandwich without the bread and condiments. I know that's weird, but that's just me.
