Your idea kills the whole idea of our Constitution. People have the right to believe in different things and speak freely in America. You are suggesting a Marxist, Totalitarian concept. As much as some of the liberals annoy me with whining and criticizing - Occasionally they will have a good idea and it needs to be heard. Constructive criticism is good and promotes great ideas. Whining, Complaining, and obstructing in the name of patriotism is digusting.

I agree. It would be blissful to be a part of a nation that is no longer divided cleanly in half. However, because people are brought up differently and taught different values and morals, we will always have dissenting opinions. I do wish we could at least get to a better compromise. I don't claim to be experienced or specially informed about the government, but I know there has to be a better way to conduct business.

You're absolutely right. That's why there's always a "third party" trying to enter our political races. I think that's a good thing. We spend too much time fighting between Democrats and Republicans. I wish a really strong third party would emerge, so we could all get behind it.

Good luck. You'll never please everyone, so no matter how inclusive you tried to make the platform, someone will be opposed to it. It's just human nature - we're all too different.
