Go online and buy one from eBay or another online merchant. You'll probably have to pay a little extra for shipping, but if you're having trouble finding one already, this would be your easiest bet.

Depends where you are exactly in the Philippines and depends on how low you wanna go for your GBA.
There are GBA's available nowadays in places like your local downtown district. It just depends on how hard you look. Although if you are not in the loop, I wouldn't advise you start this late, you may get swindled wih the price and the warranty. So anyway, the best place for a newb is the Malls; SM, Ayala, Robi... take your pick. There are game shops out there that sells GBA as well as all the other consoles and handhelds... As a plus, they also do the aftermarket so you'll know where to get your accessories and cartridges. Ebay.ph is also a nice place to start, pretty convenient but the price is always fluctuating and there's the packaging costs... your choice.

Greenhills shoppesville if you live in Metro Manila, they have the best selection of GBA, games and accessories. As for the rest go to the nearest SM Mall, there it is impossible if can't find some store that sells a GBA.
