we are 15 and 16 only one of my friends can drive.

Just hang out with each other...My best friends & I, when I was moving away (to come live in the US), bought pizza & went to the beach at night (well, none of us could drive_we had just turned 15_but the beach was about 5 minutes away from our houses on foot)...we had the best time together, but it would've been even better if it was not our last night together for a while now (2 years going on 3)...
But my advice is, make the most out of the time you have together, even if you know that you're coming back & are going to see each other again :)

It depends on where you live.You really should add that u-no?if u want better info,but u could make it a day to remember take pics or if u have a video cam do that and go somewhere fun to everyone,somewhere to remember as ur last day,I would go somewhere fun and unique to my click and I.Somewhere new,yet fun and always exciting all thru the day.Somewhere like Disneyland but if u don't live where I live u can't.No car take a bus.The bus is fun anyway u can make fun of people and meet anyone,maybe even a cute guy.
PS and look up your area on the internet and findout what's nearest u to do.

Rent the movie about the traveling plants - watch it together, give each other manicures and pedicures, and promise to keep a journal which you will share upon your return.

I think you should go to a mall and get your nails done and go shopping then for dinner go out to eat. After that come back and watch a movie you all love.

Do everything that u and your friend always wanted to do but couldn't. Rent movies make popcorn...etc u know fun stuff...
