cuz those are the only people that actually sit on here all day and answer everybodys questions...so even if they dont have any idea about an aswer to your serious question, they still feel the need to answer like an idiot because they have absolutely nothing better to do!! =)

Some people don't care, or are too ignorant to know the right answer. In all honesty...if you have a serious problem, or want sympathy you are better to talk to a friend rather than put it online for all to read.
