No, but then I am not a martial artist.
Bruce Lee probably could punch at least that well. He worked out with a training stand that would give him a shock when he touched it so his fists were probably the fastest in history. He trained his body to such a high extent that it couldn't take it and he died much too young. Just like the video gamer that starved himself to death while playing a game. He didn't drink anything either, only taking the time to pee in a jug next to him.

That is truly amazing. I have a black belt, and from experience, there is always someone stronger/quicker/smarter. The best idea, is just to avoid a fight at all costs. Thanks for this one.
